Hi,

When u write ur book on HOW TO DRY VEGGIES THE ANGELIA WAY...

I want a copy... I d love to know how to do some of these veggies...

Surely u don t just cut it and lay it on the dehydrator.. or is it just that

easy???

I ve only dried a few fruits personally and would love to broaden that...

Well, yes. For apples and other fruit, you want to dip them in

acidulated water first to keep them from getting brown.

Well... I got my info from many places...

One great book is the Ball Blue Book of Preserving. It has been said that

it is the " bible " of canning and preserving. Though, your local county

extension office will have some great recipes and Ideas for drying and

canning foods.

Check it out...

Just make sure you get a " recent " copy. They have them at

www.homecanning.com for about $6

Wal-Mart has them and other stores too...

The older copies don't have as " up to date " info in them.
