SCD Legal?

I know there are list of legal/non legal foods on BTVC website but

didn't know whether these foods were SCD legal.

>Grapeseed Oil - (Likely, but wasn't sure)

>Bubbie's Sauerkraut - ingredients are only sauerkraut and filtered

water

>Jennies Macaroons - ingredients are eggs, honey, and unsweetened

coconut

>Larabar - ingredients vary but are mostly raw dates and nuts - one

flavor has cocoa powder(unsweeted) - that one may be the off limits

What are some other already made foods that are SCD legal?
