My mom always gave me Ginger Ale. Try sugar free ginger ale and see

if that helps. Ginger is good for the stomach. You could even try

ginger tea.

There are sugar-free Tums. A yummy orange flavor that I prefer to the

regular ones.

I have GERD and regularly suffer from heartburn, regurg and stomach problems.

For me ginger usually helps a great deal. I use sugar-free ginger

ale(Vernor's and Canada Dry are the most common brands I've seen). I also have

crystallized ginger slices but the taste is pretty potent and takes some getting

used to

for those new to it. There are also ginger teas for those who prefer it.

I put a little bit of orange juice, maybe half a cup in a glass along with a

can of diet 7up in the evening and it keeps my stomach from doing the

otherwise strange things it does without it.and it tastes good.
