Guest guest
Changed from Sandwiches, etc All this talk about fast food and brown bags brought up a thought I have been wanting to ask for a while. At times I travel a lot for work. When I have to go somewhere it is not for a good thing and I end up pretty stressed. AND -- I eat when I am stressed! I know a lot of it just requires more will power on my part -- but do any of you have tricks that you use to prevent you from having wine, nachoes and ice cream for dinner while you are traveling? I have started requiring a workout room in the hotels I stay at. That helps afterwards -- but the last time I was out of town I gained 4 pounds. Guest guest
I can't drink white wine. It does nothing for me but get me drunk. I like my reds slightly chilled. " Oh waiter! Can you bring me a glass of ice for this wine? " Waiter turns redder than the burgundy. =D BEVERLY SCOGGINS wrote: > >LOL!
