My husband and I totally enjoy the Propel waters. Especially the grape!!!!

YUM But the doctor also said flavored waters make you hungry. That I have

not found to be the case. I find I fill up on water and eat less. Drinking

a big glass of anything, hopefully water, before a meal is the best thing I

can do to cut down on my meal intake amount.

Does it mention how many servings per bottle?

As to the servings per bottle, I no longer have one in front of me

and we are on the road this weekend. I think the fluid oz in

thebottle I was reading from at the time is 23.5. To me that would

mean just below 3 servings because I personally consider a serving 8

oz. When I get to having another bottle I wil try to remember to

look at what it states the servings are.
