YUM But the doctor also said flavored waters make you hungry. That I have not found to be the case. I find I fill up on water and eat less. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2004 Report Share Posted October 18, 2004 As to the servings per bottle, I no longer have one in front of me and we are on the road this weekend. I think the fluid oz in thebottle I was reading from at the time is 23.5. To me that would mean just below 3 servings because I personally consider a serving 8 oz.
