I'm sorry I did not reply, but I got home late and had lots of emails. What are you eating at night? Is it possible to have your dinner later? I eat dinner around 8:00 (usually a salad) and I don't want anything else. I do sip on a cup of tea while reading emails, paying bills or whatever I'm doing for a few hours after dinner. hugs Eunice
Guest guest
No, we didn't think anything about it ...we all get down every now and then . Hugs, helen Weight Gain Frustrations Was just looking for support and wanting to vent about my weight gain in the my last email. Nobody replied. Guess I was a bit surprised by that. Hope this wasn't taken the wrong way? Wasn't intending to sound like my weight gain is Eunices fault. " Eunice, I want to cry. Ever since making my proclamation I think I've gained five pounds. I'm doing well during the day but losing it at night. Just needed to get that off my chest. -Sandy " Diabetes homepage: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/diabetes/ To unsubscribe to this group, send an email to: diabetes-unsubscribe Hope you come back soon! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And you've caught me on a good day, I'm actually mostly caught up. Often, I don't get computer time for days. That's why I mostly lurk, because I'm usually several days behind and don't want to dredge up ancient history. There's probably others on the list like me, so try not to get too down if no one replies. And I didn't think you sounded like you were trying to blame Eunice. We all have rough days. I'm one of the gainers along with you. Tracie

Guest guest
Gaining weight can be very upsetting. I am getting over a " super cold " that has been going around my area of Texas. I did not feel like eating much so I drank a lot of Malt Ovaltine and other things. Made my tummy feel good but did not help my blood sugar. I put on a few pounds too that I had worked hard to loose. As Doug's daughter tells her 2 little boys " suck it up and get on with life " is what I will have to do (after I feel depressed a bit). Love and blessings, Millie > Was just looking for support and wanting to vent about my weight gain > in the my last email. Nobody replied. Guess I was a bit surprised > by that.
