Always keep in mind what you eat the stuff with. Butter, mayonnaise,

Bearnaise sauce, salad dressings, cheese, etc. Those are not free foods.

What is " marrow " and " swede " ?

Also, some things, like onions, do affect some people. If not sure test

yourself.

Hi

A swede is turnip. In england, zucchini re allowed to get really big, and

are called marrow.

I believe a swede is a turnip.
