Guest guest Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 ***Note from Co-Owner: Sorry for the confusion everyone. Here is the complete message. *** Does anyone's doctor prescribe Ultram and Flexeril at the same time? My Pain Management Center doc used to do that for the migraines but the Ultram stopped working well when they got really really bad. But my rheumatologist will not write for them both saying they interact badly together. So right now the rheum has me on Mobic, which isn't helping much for the fibro. But the Flexeril does. And since I am on the Mobic I cannot take any other NSAIDS like Advil. Tylenol does nothing for my pain. So for any fibro pain that gets bad I have to resort to my migraine meds, which are strong narcotics, and I don't like doing that and neither does my doctor. I'd like to go back on the Ultram for the breakthrough fibro pain but don't understand why one doc would say it is ok and another says it isn't. Vickie Quote
