Hi Gail in the UK,

We have a Gail in Florida, USA. She was in the area of the hurricane and

haven't heard from her this week.

Hi Gail,

So good to hear from you and knowing you didn't have much damage. I can only

imagine what is was like without electricity. You'll soon be back on your

food and exercise schedule.

Congratulations on a precious nephew. I'm glad they stayed with their

original choice in names. I like .

Made it through the storm without any major damage, but had no

electric for 3 and a half days. Boy- it was hot!! And for the

first time in my life I can honestly say I missed exercize!!

And it's nice to be able to eat foods that are not on the " hurricane

list " -(non perishable, lots of canned stuff, etc...). Between the

days without power and when there was lots of debris on the roads, I

didn't get to the gym in 8 days- the longest stretch since I joined

a year and a half ago. Thanks for asking,

Gail

PS- and some good news, by brother and sister in law from Long

Island had a baby boy on Saturday (9/11)and the nurses were telling

them to consider Ivan or Fransis as names (to honor the hurricanes),

but they dediced to go with their original choice, .
