Guest guest
Hi Gail, So good to hear from you and knowing you didn't have much damage. I can only imagine what is was like without electricity. You'll soon be back on your food and exercise schedule. Congratulations on a precious nephew. I'm glad they stayed with their original choice in names. I like . hugs Eunice

And for the first time in my life I can honestly say I missed exercize!! And it's nice to be able to eat foods that are not on the " hurricane list " -(non perishable, lots of canned stuff, etc...). Between the days without power and when there was lots of debris on the roads, I didn't get to the gym in 8 days- the longest stretch since I joined a year and a half ago. Thanks for asking, Gail PS- and some good news, by brother and sister in law from Long Island had a baby boy on Saturday (9/11)and the nurses were telling them to consider Ivan or Fransis as names (to honor the hurricanes), but they dediced to go with their original choice, .
