Guest guest
hi everyone, I have had some problems with digestion for almost two years now. But never have I had it affect my bouls. Well some reason the fibro is attacking my intestine I think. I found this all natural body cleanser at vitamin world. It is a gentle detox and I just started it. I wonder if any one has had any luck with these sort of things? The stuff is sooooooo gross and I feel like a horse drinking it. I expected to be running to the bathroom but thank god it is not hitting me that way. I am hoping that it will do some good. I would love to here all your experiences with these types of things. Guest guest
Amber and Ruby, I have had fibro. for about 8-9 years. In that time, I have fought with IBS the whole time. I have used detox. type cleansers on average of once or twice a year. I also use fiber and natural laxatives to control the constipation/diarrhea cycles. The detox's always make me feel better, depending on how long I take them for. If I feel like I need some serious body help, I will even fast for a few days with the detox. It just helps the process. Especially for those of us who have to take several different kind of meds daily to control the fibro. detox on a regular basis is just a good idea. You can take them for a few days for a light "housecleaning", or if you feel pretty sick, you can always take it further, (like one or two weeks) like with a juice fast or something along those lines. It is no cure (especially for IBS) but it is just a good way to be nice to your digestive system, not to mention liver and kidneys. I think detox's are great, as long as you don't overdo it. Once or twice a year with or without fasting is enough. I've used them for years. Kellie If logic tells us that life is a meaningless accident, don't give up on life, give up on logic.
