Guest guest
I started with walking 15 minutes...then 30, then 45. After I got up to 30 minutes I added biking, and stair stepping (not a machine-a bench) When I was able to do 1 hour, I decided to divide it into 2 sessions Am pm Now I also jog/run. I am going to get a treadmill for my Bday....I hope...then it won't matter in this weather rain or shine I can either walk or jog. I went really slow at first. I did 15 minutes...then added houses on my block--up to the pink house....then up to the corner with the blue and white house..... In all It has taken the 4 months to achieve 1 hour. I can now jog 2 miles without stopping. I don't worry about speed or heart rate. I " just do it " . Fawnee sudler2000 wrote: Hello: Congratulations!!!
