Well beaver tails are the best. Especially right from the Rideau Canal during

Winterlude in Ottawa.

I don't think we can get Elephant Ears in Halifax but we have Beaver Tails

on the Halifax waterfront. Garlic butter and cheddar cheese is one of my

favorite toppings.
