Have you been to any of the seminars yet? If you haven't I would go as soon as you get a chance. You can find out when they are by looking at PB website. This way you can get the required lab work(gallbladder ultrasound and bloodwork) that PB requires (even if you have already done it for Kaiser) then once you get your authorization you'll have it all ready to mail or fax to them. The they schedule you for your marathon of appointments. I get to fly down on thursday for my marathon of appointments with the surgeon, internist, and psychologist.
