That is how the body stores energy to be ready for a crisis. Like the liver dumping...The liver takes the glucogen/fat and turns it into glucose, so the insulin can open the receptors of the cell for utilization. Because the pancreas has been " over " producing insulin in type two people, either the body doesn't use it, or there isn't quite enough produced. There are insulin dependant type twos...
