Guest guest Report post Posted May 31, 2010 It takes the swelling out of my joints but everything else is puffy and bloated. The first week on it I gained 9 lbs. My face is the puffiest. I have a double chin.... And when I push on my skin... Especially my neck my skin feels bruised. Still better than the feeling of fluid in my joints but... depressing.
