Wow Maureen how did you loose 41 lbs in 3 months?

I have 3 carb servings breakfast, 2 lunch, 3 dinner, plus 1 for a snack to play

with for a total of 9 carbs. I also have to watch salt and fat, so that

eliminates alot of junk food and high fat/salty meats. I exercise twice daily

for 30 minutes. I jog 2 miles in the morning and walk or ride a bike or stair

step in the afternoon. I also do alot of gardening--digging, weeding, turning

compost, etc.

I don't know how many calories I take in a day, but it is much less then before.

I will slow down here pretty soon...but then that is what I said last month --ha

ha.
