I do fine with one serving of this. 2 lbs 99% fat free ground turkey 1 box dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I use the sage or savory herb flavors) 2 egg whites 1 cup water Mix this together and fill 12 muffin tins with ingredients. So what does he eat you ask? Tacos, pizza , hot dogs , hamburgers in a bun that is, all high carb food .
