Sure, but they are not all meat... some carb so it may or not affect your

bg's. I do fine with one serving of this.

2 lbs 99% fat free ground turkey

1 box dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I use the sage or savory herb flavors)

2 egg whites

1 cup water

Mix this together and fill 12 muffin tins with ingredients. Bake on 350 for

35 minutes. They are 2 WW points. Each muffin has 10 grams of carbs.

They are SO good.

This has been such a good thread !! but y'all are lucky my husband hates

barbequing except for hot dogs once a year and he hates most meats and

veggies . So what does he eat you ask? Tacos, pizza , hot dogs ,

hamburgers in a bun that is, all high carb food . Anyway your turkey

I wonder if this would work with low fat turkey sausage???

Looking at the recipe is making my mouth water... mmm...

Angelia in OR who is obsessed with sausage and bacon this week... What will

it be next week...
