Had surgery 7/4/05 and I am down to 145lbs, that is roughly 7lbs less then the goal that the surgeon set for me. I however did not set a goal, just wanted to be healthy. Before surgery I was insulin dependant 270+lbs and very unhappy. Now I am almost 9 months out, my self esteem has made a complete 360, I started school, I am happy, healthy, and wearing a size 8 and knocking on a size 6's door. Wow has life improved. I am so thankful that I was able to have the opportunity to improve my life. I look forward to taking to my fellow pre/post opers. Much Love a Quote
