Joan,

I'd love it! I like Tofu. It can come in several textures, freezing it can

give it more of a meat texture - and it takes on the taste of what you

season/cook it with.

Actually the dip tastes like what I put in it: garlic, lemon, horseradish. I

have the recipe if you'd like it.

Hi,

I copied it from one of the groups.

Tofu Aioli or The classic Mediterranean Garlic Mayonnaise.

To be served with raw veggies or chips or on top veggies, rice, etc.

12.3 oz pk Silken tofu

1 med garlic clove

2t horseradish

1/2 t salt

2T lemon juice

1T olive oil

up to 1/2 mayon. optional Blend all ingredients except the mayon. add after if

desired.

I added more lemon and horseradish after tastiing a bit bland to me.
