It can come in several textures, freezing it can give it more of a meat texture - and it takes on the taste of what you season/cook it with. Thanks! To be served with raw veggies or chips or on top veggies, rice, etc. 12.3 oz pk Silken tofu 1 med garlic clove 2t horseradish 1/2 t salt 2T lemon juice 1T olive oil up to 1/2 mayon. optional Blend all ingredients except the mayon. add after if desired.
