He was very serious and direct (not warm and fuzzy, but I wouldn't choose a surgeon because he is warm and fuzzy). He seemed busy and maybe just a tiny bit impatient with all of my questions (I'm one of those people who need to know all of the tiny details), and I think that until he knows for sure that I'm really going to end up being one of his patients - well, you know, if I don't get approved then I'm just wasting his time now. Anyway, he was pleasant and answered my questions, but nothing more. I also had my psych consult today, so as soon as they get that report the insurance approval request will go in.
