I think I smell a challenge! Hahah! Well, sheesh, I think we can all

follow along until the jejunum gets interposed.

Your pouch looks like a VBG, long 'n thin, vertical line. Right? We all

agreed on that?

Then, you've got a stoma, intestine hooked to pouch. So then food goes both

into the lower stomach (picking up some nutrients, in theory) AND out the

intestine, which is reconnected distally, but HOW distal?

Then, he loops the jejunum over your nose and through a pierced ear? And

to what end, except to be decorative OR to have a procedure named after

him.... Yoohoo, Carolyn! What is it and why would he do this?
