About 15 or so years ago, I was warned about synthetic vitamins/cheap vitamins

and what they may or may not contain; good reasoning for why we should seek out

our vitamins to either be organic or directly from organic or natural food

sources.

I am also infuriated with the recent Readers Digest article, which of course

gives no source of compiled information on their statements about vitamins that

don't do what is claimed. But people who are mislead by blurbs from mindless

magazines in the grocery store cashiering lines will believe what they believe.

No article in Readers Digest will convince me I am wasting money on supplements

after all of the studying and results I have experienced about using vitamins

and herbs since 1988.

Please excuse my little vent. I just had to let it out.
