Guest guest
I know I am jumping WAY ahead of myself, but I saw a promo for a rather frightening story on the local ABC news here in San Francisco. There was a women who has lost over 800# - I didn't see how much she now weighs, but she is still massive with mounds of loose skin almost down to her ankles. I would bet she has well over 200# of skin and tissue to be removed. It was amazing. I didn't see the actual story to see how she lost the weight, but the main thrust of her story was that her insurance company would not pay to 'deal with the leftovers' (as they called it). I'm going to try to get into the station's web site and see if there is any archive on this story. But my question is, what info do you post ops have on insurance coverage for the pann....? On this lady, there is no doubt of the health issue with all that skin. Thanx, Shari/SF Bay Area
