Thanks for the directions Stevie. Yep I'm learning that the longer I chew

the longer I can enjoy the taste of what I'm eating . Since it only takes my

husband and son about 10 mins to scarf down a full meal I can make my 4

bites last just about as long as they make their meal last LOL too funny!

See ya later : ) Donna

Hey BTW 6 days and counting!

You guys are so funny. Who in the world sucks on a potato? That is too

funny. Take it like a woman and swallow it. :) I know everybody has done

that before. I have tried many things and have lived to regret them all. I

had to spend many moments draped across the bed so sick that I could not

even talk. Sometimes it's just not worth it. You learn very quickly what

you can and cannot tolerate. Pears, Pineapple and apples seem to go down

very well.

I try to get everything unsweetened or in light syrup or in it's own

natural juices. The unsweetened grapefruit juice is not bitter at all to

me. I just can't tolerate the sweetened juice. Yes I do dilute all juices

with about an ounce of water and 3-4 ice cubes. It makes it much easier to

drink. If I don't dilute I get this incredible pain in my chest and I can't

talk or move or anything. Does anyone else get that nasty chest cramp?

Whenever I get that cramp, since my head is already down I take that time

to pray. :) You have to learn to manage your time wisely, every second

counts.
