Congratulations (and Toni, who did almost all the work)! I love her

name.

I've been kind of laying low about this whole deal because of my wife's

miscarriage a year ago, but......

Joy Larson was born on Saturday morning at 3:55 AM CST.

She weighed 5 pounds 2 ounces. She's as healthy as can be for being 5 weeks

early. No incubation, no tubes, takes to the bottle fairly well. She does

have to spend some time under the lights because of some jaundice (go

figure). Like father, like daughter I guess. I had to go under the lights

when I was born too.

She's just a little peanut squeaker.

The wife, Toni, has recovered very rapidly and was released this morning.

The baby hopefully gets to come home on Tuesday or Wednesday.

That is great news. I also love the name. So happy for you and your wife. All of my kids were a little yellow and none of them were early--go figure.
