Guest guest
HI CINDY, I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY LEFT SHOULDER AND SOME ON THE RIGHT, MY DOCTORS SAY IT'S THE FMS AND MPS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR SYMDOMS ARE. THEY HAVE NEVER SAID THAT MINE ARE FROZEN. SO MAYBE THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. TONI
Guest guest
CINDY, I'M JOY I HAVE HAD TIME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF, BUT I HAVE SHOULDER PROBLEMS. NOT SURE IF IT HAS TO DO WITH FM, BUT I HAD TO HAVE A BONE SPUR REMOVED LAST AUGUST. INFLAMATION CAUSES A PH CHANGE IN THE MUSCLES AND THAT CAUSES THE CALIUM TO FALL OUT OF SOLUTION WHICH BUILDS UP ON THE BONE. THE SAME THING HAPPENS IN SWIMMING POOLS CAUSING THEM TO BECOME CLOUDY. ANY WAY IF THE DEPOSIT IS CLOSE TO A JOINT THEN IT CAN AFFEECT THE JOINT, LIKE PUTTING A BLOCK OF WOOD IN FRONT OF A CAR TIRE. HOPE THAT IS HELPFUL. JOY Reply-To: cfidsfms-friends To: cfidsfms-friends Subject: QUESTION Date: Tue, 09 Apr 2002 03:10:03 -0000 I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW FOR A FROZEN SHOULDER SYNDROME. MY PT LADY IS NOW SAYING THAT THAT MAY NOT BE THE PROBLEM. SHE THINKS IT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH MY FIBROMYALGIA. DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR TO ANYONE? I CANNOT REACH BEHIND MY BACK AT ALL WITH MY LEFT ARM AND NOW VERY LIMITED IN DOING SO WITH MY RIGHT ARM. THIS ALL STARTED WHEN I BROKE MY FOOT ON HALLOWEEN NIGHT IN 2000. BTW, THE KIDS ARE NOW TRICK OR TREATING ON THEIR OWN FROM NOW ON, LOL. Guest guest
CINDY, WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH SOUNDS REAL FAMILIAR. ON 12 NOVEMBER 2001, I WOKE UP AND HAD NO MOVEMENT FROM MY RIGHT ELBOW DOWN. NO USE OF MY HAND OR FINGERS. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH! AT FIRST THE DOCTORS THOUGHT I HAD A STROKE, AFTER ALL THE TESTS CAME BACK, THERE WAS NOTHING UNUSUAL ABOUT THEM. IN JANUARY 2002, I WAS FINALLY HAD FULL USE BACK, ALTHOUGH THERE IS STILL SOME WEAKNESS. IT WILL TAKE MORE OT TO STRENGTHEN IT, AND GET IT BACK TO NORMAL. IN THE END, MY RHEUMATOLOGIST CHALKED IT UP TO THE FIBRO. HOPE THIS HELPS. SUNSHINE AND HAPPINESS KEL
Guest guest
CINDY, MINE ARE ABOUT THE SAME AS YOURS. TODAY I, AM IN BOTH ARMS FROM FINGER TIP TO SHOULDER. I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ANY RELIEF FROM THE PAIN. I QUIT WORK TO FEEL BETTER AND YET I SEEM WORSE. SORRY TO COMPLAIN. I JUST FEEL SORRY FOR MYSELF. DO YOU HAVE PROBLEMS HOLDING A BOOK TO READ OR DOING A PUZZLE? THOSE ARE A FEW OF MY PROBLEMS. I GET SO BORED. I WILL STOP COMPLAINING FOR NOW. IT ALWAYS HURTS TO TYPE. Guest guest
Either Sunday or Yesterday could have been the one. It is not unusual to test Pos one day and Neg the next on an OPK. Fingers crossed for a quick 2 WW! Question Hi, everyone. :-) Have a few questions I have been charting this cycle and my opk tested positive yesterday. I also had a tempature rise yesterday as well. I had the cervical mucus. It was like lotion ( I know Gross) but today when I used the opk it came back negative. We bd Sunday and then yesterday but does that mean I missed my ovulation or am I just not understanding this? I'm confused...... Guest guest
Ambulance tapings ARE discoverable. There's a vast difference between QI and peer review. QI is routine, is done on every call, and is a part of health care operations. QI reports may be fully discoverable. Peer review has to do with a specific call and is done for legal purposes. The line of distinction is very fine, and care should be taken to keep the two processes totally separate. The lawyers and the judges get into big arguments over what's what. Bottom line, consider everything discoverable. My feeling is that tapings routinely done will be considered a part of the health records in the case and fully discoverable, although they will have the protections of H & SC Chaps 181 and 773 and HIPAA. They'll still be discoverable. Gene

Guest guest
I am sure you already have it but just in case.....how about the Mark I injector kit component 2-pam? Steve Dralle, EMT-P San , TX Question I need some help. I am preparing the 6th edition of my pharmacology book (Prehospital Emergency Pharmacology). I am trying to determine if there are any unusual drugs (not often encountered in prehospital care) used in your system? Ou list is extensive, but things change and there are some regional practices. We list Canadian drugs so any thing new in Canada would help. If possible, please email me off the list at bbledsoe@.... Guest guest
Hi Folks , I have what may or may not be an MS symptom...I think it is. As most of you know I am anti drug other than 4.5MG of LDN since 7/8/04...no progression so far. This new symptom... My left ear feels like it has water in it, at times. It is not constant and seems to be relieved after a nights sleep...to return later in the new day. It might be Tinnitus. Any one have similiarities or suggestions. Thank you and regards, Tom Bayuk...www.copingandprevailing.com

Guest guest
Hi Tom, This is probably not quite the same thing but I have had on-and-off feelings of congestion/pressure in my right ear. I tend to get it most often after a cold or sinus-type allergies but there have also been times it came for no apparent reason. I never got it pre-MS, so I have wondered if it somehow related to MS. I have found relief through " ear candling/coning " and/or having the doctor remove wax from my ears. Other times the feeling just subsides on its own after a few days. I think the longest I had it was once for 2 weeks. It seems to help to lie down/sleep with the head facing the side where the ear problem is--if it is water, it may help drain out. > > Hi Folks , > I have what may or may not be an MS symptom...I think it is. Guest guest
I had the same symptom. My allergist said to drink/eat a lot of citrus to cure it, since he didnt want to put me on any more drugs. After about a week of lots of oj, lemon juice, lemon on salads etc, the ear cleared up. -dj Subject: Re: Question To: mscured Date: Friday, September 25, 2009, 11:30 AM Thank you, Regards, Tom Re: Question <This new symptom...
