We have 35 civilian dispatchers and close to 300 sworn personell. Do you dispatch police only or police, fire and medical? What is your starting pay for dispatchers? What about starting pay for a supervisor position. What is your turnover rate? I may come back with more but this will give me a start....I appreciate any and all input.
