Hello Everyone,

I am working on a research paper and it is my hope all of

you can help me. The paper is on dispatch training companies. I

already have enough information about APCO, First Contact 911,

Priority Dispatch, Professional Pride and Public Safety Training

Consultants.

What I am looking for in information on National Emergency

Communications Institute (NECI) out of Atlanta, GA and

Communications Training International (CTI) out of Kearney, MO. I

took a class taught by CTI a few years back and I can not find any

information about them on the internet or using the yellow pages.

The type of information I am looking for is 1st hand

accounts on NECI and CTI, a history if it is known, and opinions on

the companies, classes and instructors. I would like any and all

opinions and accounts.

listed above please let me know.
