Guest guest
By all means go ahead and contradict the doctor. From what I've read in some of these postings, they are definately not always right. I think that you are right about what she probably meant. It never even occurred to me before that she was not inside so she has no way of knowing the condition inside. So I think it was my interpretation of what she said. Kind of disappointing to think about, but none the less very realistic for me to face up to. Since you mentioned the HSG I've done some searching to find out what it is all about. Sounds a little scary, but looks like a lot of you have had it done and also sounds like many of you recommend having it done prior to ttc. Since I'm not ttc right now, I think I'll probably wait on the test. Obviously something I need to discuss with the doc when we do decide to though. You also mentioned the HSG could itself damage the tube - any idea on how slight/great of risk that is? If the test did find something wrong, is there anything that can be done? -Amy R. > AmyR: > > <I have absolutely none of the risk factors.
