Guest guest
, You are not way ahead of yourself; it's good to get the kids used to these products early. We are fortunate (?) because we have Graeme's 90 yr old grandmother living with us who has old age deafness and uses a TTY and the flashing doorbell, phone, loud sounds, etc so Kennedy is exposed to them (though she CAN hear them with her hearing aid on). I found some sites that might be of help: http://www.aceinfo.net.au/Services/DRA/ http://www.deafchildrenaustralia.org.au/html/default.asp (this one also has videos, sign books, etc...) Sharon Barrey Grassick might have some alternate ideas for you.... Tebble wrote: Okay, I know I am way ahead of myself here but hey if I dont write now.. I will forget (funny that)hmmm... anyway... just wondering if anyone that live in australia knows of where fire alarms with flashing lights can be brought? x Membership of this email support groups does not constitute membership in the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation or CHARGE Syndrome Canada.
