Hi ,

I think that there was poor quality care given during my pregnancy.

I had lost another baby when I was 21 weeks pregnant and told the

doctor that I was concerned because that was the only time that I had

been pregnant. He did not do a cerclage, even when I told him the

baby was kicking my cervix and there was a lot of pressure.

I say go ahead and talk with some other lawyers. It couldn't hurt.

But..remember, there may be a statute of limitations. In California

it is one year from the time you knew you received poor quality care.
