Guest guest
Hi In have recently increased 's protein too (due to the gum probs she was having), so she is having very little in the way of carbs. I just swapped carbs for protein. I have also increased her ratio as I am still weaning the Lamictal and each reduction results in lower ketones. You say you lowered Hannah's ratio to allow for more carbs when you increased the protein - is there a minimum quantity of carbs that should be incorporated into each meal? Many thanks Jill At 09:27 AM 4/28/02, you wrote: >----- Original Message ----- > >Just throwing in my thoughts on the protein issue.......Hannah has been on >the diet for 22 months now and her growth was okay for the first year, >although a bit slower than pre diet.
