Guest guest Posted September 9, 2004 Report Share Posted September 9, 2004 If you don't update the correct address in the event, particularly for police response, then 'previous event' data will be way off. When we correct an address the correction is reflected in the 'audit trail'. Also, if we get calls that appear possibly related (due to proximity and/or type), but we are not sure, we will create a new event and add 'possibly related to evt 1234', if it turns out to be the same incident, we merely close out the erroneous one, stating the reason. nana Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
