Subject: FCCF-ACTION request-Waitlist priorities and wait list maintenance

procedure

Hi All,

Please read the following from Phil, present to your councils and

interested others, review and make suggestions that can lead to official

positions from FCCF that can be voted on at the July 18 FCCF meeting. See

the attachments, as he has re-written the waitlist prioritization from what

was handed out at the meeting last weekend as he states in his note below.

From Phil:

1. I took the list of wait list priorities and re-wrote it in order to

bring it into agreement with the law as stated in SB1660 as agreed at

the meeting on Saturday. It is attached and I am asking all councils to

suggest changes and/or to approve or disapprove these priorities for the

waitlist. They should review it at their councils, suggest changes

and/or vote it up or down at their meetings. The end result of all of

this should be an official FCCF policy for the waitlist that we can

stand behind.

2. I am also attaching the list of suggestions for changes to the wait

list maintenance procedure that FCC12 sent to Jim. I am also asking

that each of the individual areas suggest changes and/or vote to approve

this as an official position of the FCCF.
