VoIP Press Release language

I would like to issue a local press release to alert potential users of

VoIP telephone service over the internet of the fact that their 9-1-1

service may be compromised. Has anyone written a press release on this

issue that you would be willing to share with me? If so, please email a

copy to my email address below, or cut and paste the text into a

response to this email message. I would like to rewrite the text for

our local situation and release it to the local media.
