Guest guest Posted March 29, 2004 Report Share Posted March 29, 2004 I'm a parent and a carseat technician. It burns me up to think that these parents don't care enough about their kids. I've, never called 9-1-1 on them, but in Florida the DOT runs the " buckle up hotline " -- 1-800-699-SAFE(7233). Callers leave an anonymous report of the car, license plate, time and location and the owner gets a letter advising them how to make their children safe.
