I bought 4 at Office Max....last year, they were $179.99....the 2 I just got

were on clearance (same chairs) for $129.99....also got the 2 year warranty

for about $20...they've already had the " seat plates " replaced twice (at no

charge...just waited for the parts to arrive)....email me off list tomorrow so I

can give you the brand & model......They sit high, high backs, arm

rests....nice fabric, too.

Congrats !!!!!!! It amazes me how some operators don't go " the extra

mile " to help or find out more info, especially on cell phone calls.

You deserve it.

My only formal training was sitting three weeks with another dispatcher....but

that was 1975.

Now training is much more regulated and in California we have to be POST

certified.
