This is what i have for the US:

slight: 27-40 dB

mild: 41-55 dB

moderate: 56-70 dB

severe: 71-90 dB

profound: >= 91 dB

For the UK:

mild: 20-40 dB

moderate: 41-70 dB

severe: 71-95 dB

profound: >= 95 dB
