As far as vitamins go Dr. Rutledge prefers GNC UltraMega for women or Wal-Mart OneSource. I take the OneSource for two reasons. 1. They're much less expensive than the GNC brand and 2. We don't have to take as many Wal-Mart brand as we do the GNC brand. I tried to find out the difference between the two and haven't gotten far. Even asked a friend that owns a GNC. He gave me a free bottle so I take one of the GNC vitamins three times a week on top of my three Wal-Mart vitamins a day. I think everybody has a personal preferance. That's mine.
