Guest guest Posted November 3, 2004 Report Share Posted November 3, 2004 Yes, I would have to say our call volume probably quadrupled if not more. we take at least 150-200 cell calls a day and 90% of those are either hang-ups or abandoned calls or not emergencies! it will definitely increase your call volume tremendously.
