Yes, I would have to say our call volume probably quadrupled if not more.

we take at least 150-200 cell calls a day and 90% of those are either

hang-ups or abandoned calls or not emergencies! it will definitely increase

your call volume tremendously.

Right now if varies from month to month .. but it is around 50 to 62 percent

I'm not sure of the increase in volume was but our wireless 911 calls make up

70% of our 911 calls in our center.

I'm not all surprised, and I see the numbers going nothing but up....

Anyone know what the national average on this is?
