Everything covered in about 2 inches of dust!

Guest guest
Name - Living Arrangements - me, DH called , 4 and Barney 2 - not pets .. not since we got rid of the mice and May Bugs anyway! Favourite T.V. show? - Royle Family, Cold Feet, anything with home or gardenimprovements, Ready Steady Cook ... compare with " most watched " TV shows ... Tweenies, Bear in the Big Blue House, Beachcomber Bay What's on your mouse pad? - I have a " children's channel " mouse pad with a cartoon cat on it. This is from my work days. I doubt that Children's Channel exists any more. Despite all those years of marketing multichannel TV, we don't have it at home! Favourite Magazine? - Living etc Favourite smells? - jasmine, lemon curd, Palmer's coco butter cream, milky babies Worst feeling in the world? - I still have a dream where I've done really bad pre-exam question spotting and when I turn over the paper I can't answer ANYTHING at all on it, so I spend 3 hours writing rubbish, then when the results come, I've failed, and the exam must have been my A levels because now I can't get onto the degree course that I wanted, and I kept secret from my parents that I'd given up one A level half way through, so now I don't have enough points to get in anywhere. Best feeling in the world? - I wake up from the above dream to remember that I did pass all my A levels and my degree, and I don't have any more revision to do. Seeing DH when I wake up! It must be love (not a pretty sight). Kids sneaking into bed in the morning for a cuddle - even though it is 10 past 5. What is the first thing you think of in the morning? - It can't be morning already, oh it's not, it's 10 past 5. Do you get motion sickness? No Roller Coasters - cool or scary? - Scary, hate anything that makes my stomach fly about. Pen or Pencil? - Pen Favourite foods? - Tortilla chips dipped in greek yogurt. Crispy duck. Those fab homemade crisps in the American Bar at the Savoy. Mango chutney and plain poppadums. Feta cheese. Pickled onions. Venison (sorry) stew. Tiger prawns. Cheesy Wotsits. Any type of satay. Malay/Thai coconut milk curries. Avocado. Home grown tomatoes with lots of basil and olive oil. Pasta tossed in garlic, butter and olive oil. Really ripe peaches. Blueberry coulis. Huge green olives. Egg mayo and salad sandwiches. That really crusty bread that you get in Italy, which is all crust and no middle and you can stuff it with salad and drip olive oil all over it. Bread and butter pudding. All of which goes to prove why I'm on the slimmers list! Chocolate or Vanilla? Definitely chocolate for me too, but not with chips in. Storms - cool or scary? I don't mind storms at all, as long as I'm not driving in one on the M4! What type was your first car? - I had a bright red Citroen 2CV special. It had a black roof that undid from the outside and you could take the back seats out for a picnic. It was a good London car, as it had a nippy first gear. Very slow after that of course! It came to a sticky end when I drove it into the back of a transit van on the Embankment. The 2CV was a write-off and the van had a broken number plate. NB lots of these first cars seem to be red! Is the glass half empty or half full? - half full every time What is your favourite snack? - crisps Are you a lefty, righty or ambidextrous? - righty Do you type with your fingers on the right keys? - Typing is one of the few things in my life at which I have excelled! I have RSA stage 3 with distinction! By far the most useful thing I have ever learned and kept me solvent whilst I was at college. What's under your bed? - nothing, it's bad feng shui to have stuff under your bed

In fact I find the smaller, kiddies' rollercoaster rides scarier than the big ones (eg the little dragonride at Legoland) as they seem insubstantial and rickety. I feel safer on the big ones - I know, wierd, that's me. Lesley M Home for a night's kip before returning to conference
