Guest guest
It's possible, but more likely someone that has your email address in their address book has been hit with a virus that has harvested those addresses... Many viruses do just that and then use those addresses as the return address as they mass mail themselves out to infect other computers.... When they are stopped by virus scanners or end up and a non-working account they get sent back to you, as the sender, even though you didn't really do it.... So, first question is: is your computer running a current virus scan dat file to be sure that your computer is not sending stuff out on it's own.... If you are running a current scanner. Then relax.. there really isn't anything you can do about it. Yeah, you can go through the hassle of setting up a new email address, but chances are it's just gonna happen again. As for your smilie face.. I'm assuming you mean the one having to do with IM? Question there is are the different accounts totally different or are they multiple names under a single account? Yahoo allows up to five IDs under the same account. I have two extras under my main TopperTwo account. If they are under the same account, no matter which one you a currently signed in under, if you are 'visible' in one account, you are 'visible' in all the accounts. Also, when I am signed on to my Texas group with a different ID, I view the member list and see the online smiley face next to this ID. Will it do any good to change my password? Or should I just quit using this account? jan in tx

Guest guest
Jan, I think someone else is using it. I got an email from you a couple of weeks ago with a subject of " unknown exception " and a file. The size of the email is something like 39 KB. I had emailed you to verify you sent it because I don't open attachments unless I know what it is. I never got a reply back and I was like - that isn't like Jan. Louise PS It might be a pain but I would stop using it and set up a new one. > Is it possible that some one else is using this Yahoo account?
