Guest guest
I dreamed of today's MRI last night. And dreamed they wanted me to stand for part of it. LOL I was watching that huge round thing coming near my face. In my dreams it was suspended far above me and slowly lowered. Yick. LOL Yesterday the commercial for the lawyers seeking patients who have problems following the contrast (NSF is it?, and Renal Failure?, and "even death")... it ran a few times yesterday. Such timing! LOL It's an open MRI. saw the picture of the machine and said "piece of cake! It's open all around you". He was trying to help. And I thought "he doesn't understand the enormous part of the machine over the top of you, so very close your hour head..." Ahhh, the pressure headache begins. One mom had a fantastic idea. Even if they didn't need free crayons or playdough, it would make the perfect donation to their homeschool group. If each mom in the group stopped by and picked up free box of 24 crayons or 4 pack of playdough, when the smaller kids got together, it would make a great meeting! Just one thing, if you are going to tell others, please, please forward this entire message including our sponsor. The sponsor makes it possible for us to survive. Thanks for supporting us. I'll leave the info about the ToysRUs stuff below, just in case. But for today, I got word about another fantastic deal. A free T-Shirt! Yup, absolutely free. The National Guard is doing a promotion and want more awareness, so they are giving our free tshirts. It's a classic blue tshirt (Old Navy style). We Need Your Help! Also, It's not joke that to send out even this small email costs us several hundred dollars in bandwidth charges from our list service because this list has grown so large. And it's truly hard to afford it. So please take a look at our sponsor at the bottom. It's absolutely impossible without them. Even if you can't use it, can you tell others, it would really, really help us out. Also, if you send this message to others, or post it (please do), would you kindly post the entire message along with the sponsor info. ===========================================Yesterday's message=========================================== Okay, this is for today and tomorrow only. Toys-R-Us Gift Coupon K'NEX PHYSICS EXPERIMENT ON LIQUIDATION===========================================If you need an excuse to go to Toys-R-Us I've got two. First there was the most amazing display of this amazing K-NEX Ferris-Coaster wheel. It's absolutely amazing to watch and is completely chock full of physics lessons to explore. There is both centripital and centrifugal forces lessons in there, moments of rotation and more! The kicker is that it's ON LIQUIDATION for only $35. It was $98, then $60, now $35. They will sell out quick. If they do, ask the manager for a rain-check. If no rain-check then ask him to give you the next best K'NEX Coaster kit for the same price. But either way, get there post-haste! It's worth it just for the parts, but it's an amazing, and HUGE K'NEX, worth every penny. I got one for sure. You can see a video of it here. You can see a description of it here. AMAZING INDOOR REMOTE CONTROL HELICOPTER==============================================You HAVE TO see the VIDEO (below)Second, there are these new remote control helicopters that you can fly INDOORS! It's absolutely amazing to see! There is a video at the display. You can fly them indoors lots and lots of control. Now, our family has wasted (and I emphasize the word wasted) on lots of remote control flying stuff. Not only is there rarely a good place to fly outdoors, but then with wind it's never ever been a good experience for the kids. But this! This is a different story. We bought it at the store, BUT I found them for $10 off for you guys. I was too excited, and couldn't wait. You can see videos of it here. You can get the single helicopter here cheaper ($10 OFF and Free Shipping). You can get the double helicopter here cheaper ($10 OFF and Free Shipping). I hope everyone likes me sending these out. I've got spies ALL OVER hunting these down for us. So can you email me with any success stories you might have with any of these things. I would really like to know. Please use THIS EMAIL ADDRESS to tell me about them. Thanks! I know they've been working on it for a long time, and it was a HUGE project. eFantasmic.com has loaded up over 100 different curriculum, and more is coming. It's all in electronic format, so you can instantly download it. My son was doing some the other day (as soon as the first ones were available), and it's a really neat concept. I'm going to use almost all of them. Here's the best part, it's all based on library materials! So you don't need to buy expensive text books, it's all materials you can get your hands on quickly. Plus, it's designed for us homeschoolers! What this means to you is that all the curriculum you do you with your child (including discussions) is all documented, so you have proof of everything you do. Here's the link to go take a look: www.eFantasmic.com Now here's the deal. They are offering a subscription to the entire collection of curriculum, making it less than $1 per curriculum. Now that's a price that appeals to me. But it's a limited offer. They are offering 50% OFF, that's what makes it less than $1 per curriculum. And this offer is only while they are still loading curriculum onto the site. Once the first batch is finished uploading, the price goes back to double. It covers lots of stuff from history, science, chemistry, biology, fun stuff, you name... it's there. All the DK EyeWitness books are there, lots of National Geographic, Early Readers, Magic School Bus, Lost, Magic Tree House, Dear America History series, American Girl, and even Goosebumps and some other fun ones. Here is URL: Go and check it out. If there are several titles that you would want, then the subscription is definitely worth it! Enjoy! You are subscribed as: Manage your account.
