Minerals are unaffected by heat so you can mix it in your baked goods or you can mix it in a drink (like nut milk). What type of reaction does he have to casein? Hives, anaphylaxis? Guest guest Posted June 1, 2004 Report Share Posted June 1, 2004 He didn't have any of those type of reactions but once we took him off of dairy his speech opened up and he was less spacy. Subsequent blood tests confirmed it. The few times when accidents happened and he had dairy his stomach was thrown out of whack.
