For example: Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Cereal - 3/4 cup serving. Calories = 110 Fat = 2.5 g Fiber = 1 g (if it wasn't listed, it's counted as ZERO, but never count more than 4 g of fiber since more than 4 just 'passes through' anyway.) 110/50 + 2.5/12 - 1/5 = 2.2 + .20833333333 - .2 = 2.20833333333 POINTS per 3/4 cup serving. For my 'down and dirty' calculation I do CAL/50 + FAT/10. Hope I helped!
