The WW formula for figuring WINNING POINTS is:

Calories/50 + fat/12 + fiber/5.

For example: Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Cereal - 3/4 cup serving.

Calories = 110

Fat = 2.5 g

Fiber = 1 g (if it wasn't listed, it's counted as ZERO, but never count more

than 4 g of fiber since more than 4 just 'passes through' anyway.)

110/50 + 2.5/12 - 1/5 = 2.2 + .20833333333 - .2 =

2.20833333333 POINTS per 3/4 cup serving.

For my 'down and dirty' calculation I do CAL/50 + FAT/10.

Hope I helped!
