Hi Sue,

Congratulations! You figured out something very interesting. Cultured

dairy products have a healing property. The SCD legal cheeses and the

homemade yogurt have probiotics in them.

To fully benefit from these foods,you need to be on SCD. I hope that

you give our diet a try for a month. Almost all the mothers who have

tried SCD have stayed with it.
