Guest guest
Will DMSA become completely ineffective if not refrigerated??? My refrigerator quit while I was away for the holidays and I had to throw out everything. I have held onto the DMSA because it's so expensive, hoping it may still be effective. Or do I throw it out and buy new???

Guest guest
DMSA from www.vrp.com is about 45 dollars (with shipping included) for 45 pills, 100mg each. The bottle says to keep it in a cool, dry, dark place. I have never refridgerated mine. I keep it in the pantry. I think the fridge is too damp and it doesn't say keep refridgerated, just cool, dry, dark place. I think it is fine to keep it. Guest guest
The DMSA should be fine. It shouldn't need to be refrigerated.
